Are You Connected?
We have many groups of
people who meet on a regular basis to fellowship and worship. The
Christian encouragement, support, and biblical study a person receives
in a one of our groups is critical in an individual's spiritual well-being.
God never called us to travel life alone. From the beginning, He saw that "it is not good for man to be alone" (Genesis 2:18). Being connected to one another allows us to "teach one another" (Colossians 3:16), "server one another" (Galations 5:13), "encourage one another" (Hebrews 10:25), and most importantly, "pray for each other" (James 5:16)
"For Just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body - Jews or Greeks, slaves or free - and all were made to drink of one Spirit. For the body does not consist of one member but of many." (1 Corinthians 12:12-14)
